(Project 2024-2025)
The Bungalow project was designed as a rental home, with a focus on creating a space that is simple, elegant, and easy to live in. Clean white cabinetry, quartz countertops, and classic subway tile bring a fresh, timeless look to the kitchen, while thoughtful details such as floating shelves and warm wood tones add character without overwhelming the space.
Completed Project, 2025

The kitchen, though compact, is exceptionally functional and thoughtfully designed for maximum efficiency. White Shaker-style cabinetry, quartz countertops, and a classic subway tile backsplash create a fresh and enduring look. Floating shelves and subtle wood accents add character, while clever storage solutions ensure every inch of space is put to use. A large window above the counter brings in natural light and offers a beautiful view—becoming not only the backsplash, but also part of the cooking process itself.

In the living area, neutral upholstery is accented with soft textures and subtle patterns, creating a cozy atmosphere that feels both welcoming and stylish. The design strikes the right balance between functionality and comfort—perfect for everyday living.

Elaine S. Baker & Associates crafted this project to show that a rental home can be more than just practical—it can also be beautifully designed, durable, and timeless.
